These Terms of Use govern your access to getmcpdata.com and related MCP Data sites (the "Site"), operated by Deep Forest LLC, doing business as MCP Data ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Paid data products — feeds, APIs, MCP connectors, and custom builds — are additionally governed by the Data License Agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
The Site describes and sells access to structured datasets built from public records and other lawfully obtained sources. Content on the Site (sample records, statistics, catalog listings) is provided for information only and may change without notice.
MCP Data is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., "FCRA"), and our data is not a "consumer report." You may not use the Site or any MCP Data product to determine any person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing/tenancy, or any other purpose that would make the data a consumer report under FCRA. Doing so is a material breach of these terms and of the Data License Agreement.
The Site, its design, and the compilation, structure, enrichment, and grading of our datasets are owned by MCP Data. Underlying public records remain public; what you license from us is our compiled and enriched work product, on the terms in the Data License Agreement.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PUBLIC RECORDS CONTAIN ERRORS; WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY INDIVIDUAL RECORD. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR, FOR PAID PRODUCTS, THE CAP STATED IN THE DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. MCP Data is an independent company: we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC or the open-source Model Context Protocol project; "MCP" in our name refers to our support for delivering data over that open protocol.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date; continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts rules, and disputes belong exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
