MCP Data is operated by Deep Forest LLC. This policy covers two different things, because we handle two kinds of personal information: (A) information about you when you visit the Site or become a customer, and (B) information about people who appear in public records that our data products compile. Section B is probably why you're here if you got one of our customers' postcards.
To provide and bill the service, verify subscriptions, respond to inquiries, secure the platform, and send service messages. We do not sell visitor or customer personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Service providers only, under contract: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Google (sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Lob (postal mail, where a customer uses mail features). We disclose information if the law requires it.
Our data products compile information from government and other public sources — building permits, parcel and assessment rolls, professional licenses, corporate registries, court filings. Records can include names, property addresses, mailing addresses, and business phone numbers. We collect this from the public source, not from the individual. We license it to business customers for business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, under a contract that prohibits its use for credit, insurance, employment, or tenant-screening decisions (see our Data License Agreement).
Opt out / delete: if you want your name or property removed from our datasets, use the opt-out form or email feeds@getmcpdata.com. We delete matching records, add you to a suppression list that blocks re-ingestion across all feeds, and instruct affected customers to honor removals in future outreach. We honor requests regardless of your state of residence. Depending on your state (for example California, Texas, or Florida under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to appeal a refusal — use the same contacts.
We keep customer records for as long as you have an account plus the period our legal obligations require; suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so opt-outs stick. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by tokens and subscriptions, and payment data never touches our servers. The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
